Below is a collection of some of the transformations we've worked on. No matter the size of the budget or the size of the job, we can make any room feel more like home. We can start from scratch or use pieces you already have to give you a style that is uniquely yours.
Total Transformation
This Coral Gables home is was converted into an open concept space with the living room, dining room, family room and scullery surrounding the kitchen, making it the true heart of the home. The organic modern design blends natural materials and calm colors to make the space both clean and warm.

Front + Center
Changing the exterior of a home is about more than just curb appeal. It sets the tone for the rest of your home and gives people an idea of what to expect inside. For the exterior renovation of this 1950s Coral Gables home, we started by raising the roof, incorporating a gable, and creating a wide front porch. Moving and widening the front door gave this home a more inviting entrance.

Fine Dining
The owners of this Coral Gables home wanted a quick and easy refresh of their dining room. A coat of creamy white paint, a new light fixture, beautiful white vases, and tall airy plants give this dining room a relaxed calm look.

So Fresh and
So Clean Clean
A refresh of this primary bathroom started with a new color palette. We salvaged the existing vanities by painting them in a soft sage tone. The small heavy framed mirrors were replaced with much larger thin metal framed mirrors to showcase the high ceilings. Updated wall sconces, hardware and fixtures completed this refresh which required minimal investment and zero demo.
Half Bath, Full Style
To make this small narrow powder bathroom feel bigger, we lightened up the walls with off-white paint and creamy Art Deco inspired tiles, and incorporated a floating vanity for additional storage and floor space. We updated the light fixture and replaced the rectangular mirror with a round one to give the boxy space a softer feel.

Foyer All Day

The entrance of this home felt small and dark. Replacing the heavy rectangular mirror with a simpler round one brightens up the space and gives it visual interest. With a new console table in a lighter wood tone, a fresh coat of white paint, plus some simple decorative touches, this foyer transformed into a welcoming space that offers a great first impression.

Modern Family
The owners of this North Miami home desired a warm modern aesthetic throughout their home. The primary bathroom was reconfigured to accommodate a large soaking tub, dual water closets, two-person shower and custom walk-in closet. The addition of a long wall niche accentuates the linear window above, while the floating vanities make the space feel larger. The wood-inspired porcelain floor was replaced with a natural hardwood floor, for a contiguous clean floor throughout the entire primary suite.
Up on the Rooftop
For this outdoor space, we removed an existing half wall, lowered the existing windows and doors and installed a new transom above to provide direct access from the primary suite to the second floor terrace. The addition of outdoor natural stone tile to the terrace provided a warm touch and a great canvas for this bonus entertaining space.

Easy Living
The homeowners of this Coral Gables home wanted a bright and comfortable living room that would allow for more natural light to come through. After changing the layout of the room, we added new furniture and area rug and used the homeowner's artwork to give them the airy feel they desired.

Manhattan Makeover
Full primary and secondary bathroom renovations for a two-floor apartment in Hell's Kitchen. Porcelain tile on the walls and floors were replaced with natural Bianco Dolomite stone. Fluted walnut vanities along with brass fixtures and hardware gave these dated bathrooms a new look full of mid-century modern character.
A double vanity was added to the primary bathroom for additional counter space and storage. Photos of the homeowners' dog are also showcased to add a touch of their humor and personality to the space.
