In progress! Our latest Coral Gables project is a 3000 sq ft expansion and remodel of a beautiful Spanish home on the lovely Greenway Drive. Our goal with this home is to blend fresh design with historic preservation. Interior design incorporates classic materials like marble and walnut wood for a timeless elegance that is complemented by modern design twists, mid-century pieces,  and the clients' impressive art collection.

Just completed! Total scrape and rebuild of a 1950s South Gables home. We wanted to give this house a completely new identity. With tons of natural light streaming in from huge windows (including an 18-foot wall of glass sliders!) and high 10-foot ceilings, you instantly feel relaxed and comfortable as soon as you walk in the front door. A completely open concept with optimal flow from living room, dining room, kitchen and family room. A feature wall of steel framed glass panels makes the scullery a beautiful feature of this home.

Quick redesign of the main living areas, dining room and foyer of this Key West style South Gables home. Clients wanted to spruce up their decor to make the house feel light and airy. Simple changes like replacing some dark mahogany pieces and heavy lighting fixtures with lighter woods and more minimal pieces let the home shine.
